About

Arquivei is a startup based in Brazil with a SaaS web application that monitors all NFes issued against a CNPJ and automatically downloads the XML / PDF to store it in the cloud.

My role

As a Product Designer at Arquivei, I was part of a multidisciplinary squad, working side by side with the Product Manager (at the Discovery track) to generate the hypothesis of the problem, and with the Front and Back-end developers (at the Delivery track) to design a hypothesis of solution.

Hypothesis

We believe that showing the Product with demonstrative data to users before the registration process would help them understand Arquivei's value proposition and encourage more users to continue the registration, increasing the Conversion Rate.

Challenge

To get to know Arquivei, it is necessary to create an account with several steps. To be able to interact with your company NFEs (Invoices), it is even more complex because you need to register the Digital Certificate of the company.

Proposal

Redesign the Sign-Up flow and create an Arquivei Account with demonstrative data, with only the main features, such as view and download notes, in addition to providing a Guided tour to show the value of Arquivei even before the Lead registers his company and starts the 7 days trial period.
