I worked at Magazine Luiza (One of the biggest retailer companies in Brazil) as UX/UI Designer, and my challenge there was to Design from scratch the ecosystem of the MaaS Platform (Magalu as a Service). The MaaS platform is formed by two applications, the Maas Account, and the MaaS Console, wich the MaaS Account is an account management solution, where an owner of an eCommerce could create a free account, register your organization, and associate users, managing all the roles and permissions for each one, to access the MaaS Console and hire or sell services.
I worked as a UX/UI Designer at MaaS Account at the same time with the MaaS Console.
My responsibilities were to design Tasks and User Flows, User Interface, and Interactive Prototypes. I worked alongside a Product Owner and the Development Team that start to build it, compose of a Teach Lead, QA engineer, four Front-end developers, and two Back-end developers.
The Challenge with MaaS Account was to create a seamless experience with the MaaS Console, as existed various scenarios of users with different types of roles/permissions and Multi-organization options, where the Account needs to handle all this information in a manner that makes sense for these users.
From Abstract to Concrete
I Drew high-level Tasks and User flow to understand the Organization's tasks and organize the workflow and the relationship between the various scenarios for the two main users of the MaaS Platform, the Owner, and the Associated User.
The MaaS Account is an extension of the MaaS Console, so the interface needed to follow the same identity and patterns to not get the user confused.
Here are some screenshots of the interface where the Owner could manage your organizations, user associated, invite new ones, and create service accounts
